Swirl Events provides professionally-run customized wine tastings perfect for team-building, summer associate, recruiting, and client entertainment activities.
Our wine tastings get all the details right ensuring your event runs flawlessly, yet leave the typical wine pretense at the door. Swirl wine tastings allow you, your colleagues, and clients to leave the office behind and connect with each other in a fun, interactive setting.
How it works
Setting up the event: Based on an easy consultation, we craft the perfect package of wines, cheeses and atmosphere to fit your audience, occasion and budget.
- You choose either the Classic or Premium tier of wine. We can customize the wines served if you have specific needs or a theme. (We also have a Women Winemakers package and a Black Winemakers package perfect for affinity groups.)
- Tastings can happen in a venue of your choice or in a venue we help you locate.
- We can also discuss any activity or icebreaker you would like us to craft for your event.
- We will also discuss any corporate-specific topics you would like us to touch on. Tastings can be held for groups of 6 or more.
- We can also assist with securing additional catering.

The event: With Swirl Events, your gathering is ready to kick off the moment you walk in the door
- Once your guests arrive, we welcome them with a glass of sparkling wine.
- Then, Swirl experts discuss the essentials of wine and lead your group through tasting an array of wines and the stories behind them. We can also discuss relevant wine topics, including ordering the right wine with confidence, pairing wine with food, and tips for impressing clients.
- Or, we allow your guests to mingle and network and taste wines at their own pace.
- Regardless of the format, the evening is fun and interactive; never dull or dry.
